How the process works

  • Step one

    Email or upload your logo file. PNG, PDF or AI all work. No logo yet? No worries, we can sort that too.

  • Step two

    Send us your logo and any designs you like for inspiration. Screenshots photos or even a rough idea is fine.

  • Step three

    We create your digital mockup and you can tweak colours, layout, logos and details until you are 100% happy.

  • Step four

    Once the design is approved you pay for your order and we lodge it with production. Turnaround is usually 6 to 8 weeks.

Woven Patch

Your design is woven into a patch and stitched onto the cap. Ideal for detailed logos with fine lines or small text that embroidery can't quite capture.

Leather Patch

A premium leather patch laser-engraved with your logo and stitched onto the cap. Adds a rugged, high-end feel, great for lifestyle brands and outdoor businesses.
